REPOST: Database Work, Import Videos from Script to WordPress database

I have a old website running a video php script with thousands of videos. Those Videos uploaded in directories. Few of the videos are embedded from YouTube or other platforms like Vimeo in example.

I need a manual batch to import all the videos in WordPress database or a little batch PHP script allowing to achieve the result.

I have a theme able to play local and remote videos but the structure of the database of course is different from the script one.
