My name is Kennedy Ochieng, I am experienced in data entry and providing customer support experience.
From my previous experiences working as a data entry agent, doing simple tasks like Data cleansing, doing accurate and quality Excel sheets, I have gained the most in providing quality work and being punctual to my assigned projects, this has been clearly seen and commended by my previous employers. On top of that I have a well established experience with data annotations doing image labelling and Lidar annotations for AI. As a customer support agent, I am well versed with different customer support platforms having experiences with Zendesk and Hub-spot C.R.M platforms. I am skilled in both live chat, email marketing and email follow ups, using this skills, I am able to understand and interact with different customer in regards to company requirements to help sort out the issues coming from customers.
