2. Choose the right freelancerAfter the project is hot and ready, freelancers will bid on the project to propose themselves for the job. This is a vital part as they will be chosen based on rating, reviews and tests.
Working on the Project
3. Wait for the resultOnce awarded and accepted the project, the freelancer will start to work on it. To help and support employers and freelancers as well, we have an integrated file system and messenger in order for you to be able to talk during this step. Communication is important!
Final Product
4. Project completed!Once finished, the employer will receive the product from the freelancer. If happy about the final result he will release the last and final milestone payment or the total payment that was previously deposited in FreelanceTarget as guarantee.
